We’re looking for a skilled front-end developer. This position requires both a mastery of the hands-on aspects of web interface engineering, as well as an ability to design solid front-end architectures that integrate with other systems and technologies; and, the ability to communicate these solutions to other members of the team both verbally and in written documentation.
Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the design of front-end engineering solutions; the hand coding of web-based applications, web pages, emails, and web-based mobile experiences; integrating your code with other technologies (Flash, Web Services, client back-end systems, content management systems, etc); optimizing performance of front end applications; and working with visual designers, interaction designers. Must be able to emulate existing html schemes and create new ones that will integrate well with existing html.
Requirements
Extensive experience in hand coding of (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, DHTML
Solid understanding of cross-browser/platform issues and code solutions
Expert of web standards and CSS-driven layouts.
Experience in Javascript Frameworks & unobtrusive javascript techniques.
Experience integrating HTML-based content with other, 3rd party environments
Solid understanding of on-page SEO and Accessibility
Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills
Ability to follow technical specifications and production processes.
A plus for
Experience with PHP and familiarity with one of the following: Drupal, Magento, WordPress (or similar)
Experience with Mobile development
Knowledgeable with Social Media Applications (Facebook, Twitter, Open Social, etc)

Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Assist with creation of online visual design, typography, logos, icons, and other interactive platforms
Prepare assets for the project
Executes top quality design work as necessary in alignment with the agency’s high standards
Work within a team to assist with the creation, conception, and execution of designs
Communicates and coordinates with writers and production artist ensuring visual design communicates desired message
Participates constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications
Pre-Requisites
Junior Designers should understand design, from basic layout, color and typography to a decent understanding of the technology used to create work for the digital space. Conceptual abilities are good to have at this level, but not required. High quality craftsmanship is first and foremost.
Exceptional communication skills within the agency team.
Ability to produce cutting edge, creative, and exceptional design work
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Mac OSX, Indesign, Microsoft Office, Acrobat, Acrobat Distiller
Knowledge and/or experience with Flash(animation and actionscripting) and web applications a plus
Solid foundation in typography, layout, and general design
Very high attention to detail
Deep understanding of tools, trends, and foundation
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
Qualifications
1 year of experience design experience in web, advertising and typography or equivalent

We are seeking Interaction Designers of all levels who have experience connecting customers and brands through intuitive interfaces and trans-formative brand experiences. Preference will be given to people who demonstrate a combination of strategic, conceptual and design chops.
Responsibilities
Participate in the brainstorming of and creation of concepts for best-in-class user experiences
Translate abstract concepts into simple and elegant user interfaces
Create concept models, user interface sketches, and detailed schematics.
Work closely with fellow creatives and developers to ensure the solidity of design systems
Qualifications
At least 1+ years experience in an Interaction Design role
A solid understanding and demonstration of user centered design principles
A good understanding of what types of experiences are made possible by current digital technologies
Able to develop simple and elegant design approaches to complex design problems
Able to collaborate actively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
In possession of excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and analytical skills
Must be organized and able to switch rapidly between different projects in a fast-paced environment
Can work with grace under pressure
